From July 24 through July 28, a global audience will gather online for a unique, interactive conference on the subject of igniting the inner drive and motivation for success in its participants. Titled the Passion & Purpose Online Summit, over five days registrants will learn from experts in fields such as business, personal development, autism, and leadership. Twenty speakers will, over the five day summit, motivate and inspire the audience in methods in how to take their personal, creative and professional endeavors to the next level. This will be done by each speaker sharing five positive ideas from their own life experience that can be applied to the participant’s own life goals. Those unable to log-in to the sessions at the starting times of 10AM, 1PM, 4PM & 8PM Eastern Daylight Time will have access to recorded versions.
This Summit presents a rare opportunity for personal growth, as stated by the Summit’s founder, and himself a keynote speaker, Dr. Ty Richardson:

Dr Richardson, among his many other accomplishments, is the founder of The Community Project, a worldwide program working towards building 75 Community Projects over 78 weeks. The Community Project is drawn from local young people; both college age students and local emerging professionals. The Community Project is designed to assist those entering the professional workforce for the first time, beginning start-up businesses, or in general finding their individual passion and purpose in life.
New Keynote Speakers Announced
The roll-out of the twenty speakers continues with the following names:
Michael V. Beall is the President and CEO of the National Cooperative Business Association (NCBA) a well as its international program, CLUSA. As a trade association for cooperative business associations across the US, NCBA founded CLUSA in order to advance the cause of cooperative business ventures across the globe. Currently 13 countries are invested in its program.
Raaida Mannaa is the founder and Project Manager of Global Youth Volunteers, as well as co-founder of red2021. The name of Global Youth Volunteers directly implies its purpose. A derivative of the International Association for Volunteer Effort, the Global Youth Volunteers seeks to engage young people in exhilarating, community-building projects. Those in turn will help the young volunteers build their skills, increase their network of contacts, and of course discover and develop their individual passions and purpose. Red2021 is a Latin America focused social media campaign designed to link youth volunteers and their organizations for mutual information-sharing and enrichment.
The two speakers noted above are in addition to the following previously announced keynote:
Arthur Woods is an economist and writer who is expert on the future of work in the modern economy, he gained practical experience in the field developing the operations of YouTube for Schools. He also ater managed the development of YouTube’s first guide for education and co-organized YouTube’s inaugural Education Summit. Arthur Woods not only understands and can speak to the future of work, he is one of its on-going creators.
Other Speakers Include
Tiffany Silver focus is on assisting those who have not discovered the focus or purpose for their own passionate self. She has traveled and studied throughout India, Israel, Hungary and Thailand. Her book, Silver to Gold – The Alchemy of the Feminine Heart is focused on how to transform limiting beliefs that hold one back from achieving life goals.
Psychologist, educator and author Dr. Gil Tippy is co-Author of Respecting Autism with Stanley Greenspan, MD, and founder of the Rebecca School, while serving as its Clinical Director. He has evaluated hundreds of children from the Developmental, Individual Difference, Relationship-base perspective, having been mentored by Dr. Stanley Greenspan, the late creator of the DIR model. Dr. Tippy also has a large clinical practice in Oyster Bay, New York offering consulting to private individuals and organizations. Just because one has a disability does not preclude them from having a passion for life and a purpose within it.
Passion & Purpose Online Summit will also offer Experiences, a video collection of everyday people sharing their 5 life lessons and experiences in short segments that will be streamed throughout the Summit in-between speakers. “We feel everyone has an experience to share to inspire our audience and we didn’t want to limit sharing to our incredible speakers,” Richardson explains.
A further intriguing aspect of the Passion & Purpose Online Summit is the varying levels of participation for the audience. All regsitrants will be able to access the 30 minute presentations. Those wishing to pay a small premium over the standard registration price will have a one hour VIP Special Access to the speakers and presenters in a small group setting in order to receive personalized suggestions for improving individual life situations.
Lastly, the Summit is also being a good corporate citizen. Registrants are encouraged to give to the Passion & Purpose Global Non-Profit Fund which will distribute the funds to five selected non-profit organizations. For its part, the Summit itself is donating 5% of the net proceeds to the five global causes.
